Returns & Refunds Policy

At L Aura, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, please read the information below.

1. Right of Withdrawal

Under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please notify us within 14 days of receipt by emailing us at rodriikachaquita@gmail.com with your order number and a clear statement of your decision to cancel.

2. Returning Your Items

Once you have notified us of your cancellation, you must return the goods to us within 14 days. Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and in their original packaging.

Return postage costs are borne by the Customer unless the item is faulty or not as described.

3. Refunds

Once we have received and inspected the returned items, we will process your refund within 14 days. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

We reserve the right to reduce the refund amount if the goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics, and functioning.

4. Faulty or Incorrect Items

If you receive a faulty, damaged, or incorrect item, please contact us immediately at rodriikachaquita@gmail.com. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, you are entitled to a repair, replacement, or full refund.

5. Exceptions

The right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• Sealed goods which have been unsealed after delivery and which are not suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons (e.g. opened perfumes or cosmetics)
• Personalised or custom-made items
