Article 2 – Scope of Application

These Terms and Conditions of Sale apply to all sales concluded on the L Aura website between LIMBIC CARE, PC, INC. and any consumer or non-professional (hereinafter "the Customer"). They are compliant with the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and applicable UK consumer protection legislation.

Article 3 – Products

The products offered for sale are described and presented as accurately as possible. In the event of an error or omission, the seller's liability shall not be engaged. Product photographs are provided for illustrative purposes only and are not contractually binding.

Article 4 – Prices

Prices are displayed in pounds sterling (£), inclusive of all applicable taxes, excluding delivery charges. The applicable VAT rate is that in force on the date the order is placed. The seller reserves the right to modify prices at any time, it being understood that the applicable price is that in force at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 5 – Orders

The Customer places their order online via the website. The order is definitively confirmed upon payment confirmation. A confirmation email summarising the order details is sent to the Customer.

Article 6 – Payment

Payment is made online by credit or debit card or any other payment method available on the website. Payments are processed securely. The Customer's account is charged at the time the order is confirmed.

Article 7 – Delivery

Products are delivered to the address provided by the Customer at the time of ordering. Delivery times are given as an indication only. In the event of a delay, the Customer may cancel the order if the delay exceeds 30 days from the expected delivery date. Delivery is available to addresses within the United Kingdom. Delivery charges are displayed before the order is confirmed.

Article 8 – Right of Withdrawal

In accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013, the Customer has 14 days from the date of receipt of the product to exercise their right of withdrawal, without having to provide a reason or pay any penalty. To exercise this right, the Customer must notify their decision by email to rodriikachaquita@gmail.com or via the contact form. Return postage costs are borne by the Customer unless otherwise stated.

Article 9 – Statutory Guarantees

All products benefit from the statutory right to a remedy under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to repair, replacement, or refund in the event of goods that are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose. In the event of a defect, the Customer may request repair or replacement of the product, or, where this is not possible, a full or partial refund.

Article 10 – Personal Data

Article 11 – Disputes

In the event of a dispute, the Customer may have recourse to an alternative dispute resolution (ADR) scheme. The Customer may also contact the relevant ombudsman or use a certified ADR provider approved by the Chartered Trading Standards Institute (CTSI).

Article 12 – Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to their interpretation or performance shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the competent courts of England and Wales.
