All orders are processed within 24 hours of payment confirmation, on business days (Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays).

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking information.

2. Delivery Times

Estimated delivery times within the United Kingdom:

• Standard Delivery: 1 to 2 business days

Delivery times are provided as an indication only and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

3. Delivery Charges

Delivery charges are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address. Any applicable charges will be clearly displayed before you confirm your order.

4. Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking number so you can follow the progress of your delivery.

5. Delivery Issues

In the event of a significant delay, you may be entitled to cancel your order and receive a full refund in accordance with the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013.
